How Does the eConsult Work?

The eConsult program consists of a couple of different options based on the length of time you would like help. The programs are as follows: I send you a detailed information gathering package with fat calipers and instruction book, an exercise DVD, and a copy of Better Than Steroids*. You then send back the information package with your body measurements and I write a detailed intervention plan including medical or screening tests, an eating program, exercise program, cardio / fat loss program and prescription program if called for. This is sent back to you via email. You then have unlimited access to me via email (your emails go to separate account I check about 5 times a day) and we schedule a 60 min phone consultation per month, broken up in anyway you would like.

I write/change your eating and exercise programs when ever you would like and based on weekly reporting of your body comp and how you are doing. I also follow Internet articles, new developments, new products, etc. that may be of interest to you and keep you informed of them.

The cost is $800/month for three months or $500/month for six months (6% discount if paid in full in advance).

I also have a one time $500 plan in which you fill out an information package, send it back to me with your body composition measurements and I suggest a eating and exercise / supplement schedule for you.
