The email / Internet program consists of a couple of different options based on the length of time you would like help. The programs are as follows: I send you a detailed information gathering package with fat calipers and instruction book, an exercise DVD, and a copy of Better Than Steroids or What Does Your Doctor Look Like Naked? Your Guide to Optimal Health according to your goals / needs. You then send back the information package with your body measurements and I write a detailed intervention plan including suggested medical or screening tests to cover with your doctor, an eating program, resistance training program, a cardio / fat loss program and a suggested supplement schedule. This is sent back to you via email. You then have unlimited access to me via email and we schedule a 60 min phone consultation per month, broken up in anyway you would like.

I write/change your eating and exercise programs when ever you would like and based on weekly reporting of your body comp and how you are doing. I also follow Internet articles, new developments, new products, etc. that may be of interest to you and keep you informed of them.

The cost is $800/month for three months or $500/month for six months (6% discount if paid in full in advance).

I also have a one time $500 plan in which you fill out an information package, send it back to me with your body composition measurements and I suggest a eating, exercise, and supplement schedule for you.
